Venue names do not always identify the entrance a driver should use. Ask the venue team about vehicle access, loading areas and any restrictions during the event. Pass those instructions to your transportation contact before the day begins.
Choose a reachable day-of contact
The couple should not have to manage every update while preparing for the ceremony. Identify a planner or family member who can answer the phone and confirm changes to the agreed schedule. Make sure that person has the reservation details and knows the planned final departure.
If photographs take longer or the reception schedule changes, communicate early. A requested extension needs confirmation; it should not be assumed that the vehicle is available indefinitely.
Match the car to the people and what they carry
A Lexus LS offers a private flagship-sedan experience for one or two passengers. The Lexus RX and Infiniti QX80 have different seating capacities. Tell the driver about wedding attire, flowers, overnight bags or other items that may need extra space.
For larger parties, discuss separately confirmed vehicles and timings. Alexus provides private cars and SUVs, not a coach or stretch limousine. Naming the actual group size prevents an unsuitable vehicle plan.
Confirm the hourly reservation and the last ride
Wedding and special-event hourly reservations have a three-hour minimum. The vehicle and full itinerary determine the quote; confirm additional time and cancellation terms before reserving. Credit and debit cards are accepted, with invoicing available.
