Requests and confirmation
A submitted form or instant estimate is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A ride is confirmed only after Alexus Transportation accepts the request and confirms the final price and trip details directly with you.
Pricing
Displayed prices are starting rates or estimates. Final pricing may reflect route, pickup location, timing, stops, waiting, vehicle availability, tolls, parking, special-event requirements, and changes requested by the customer.
Hourly and event minimums
Standard hourly chauffeur service has a two-hour minimum. Weddings and special events have a three-hour minimum. Additional time is subject to availability and the confirmed hourly rate.
Cancellation
Please provide at least two hours notice. For rides before 6:00 AM, cancel the night before. Weddings, special events, no-shows, and reservations involving non-refundable third-party costs may have additional terms stated in the booking confirmation.
Passenger responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate trip and passenger information, follow applicable laws, use required child restraints, and avoid unsafe or damaging conduct. Vehicle availability and luggage capacity must be confirmed before travel.
